RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final and nonrefundable. By purchasing from my shop you are agreeing to these conditions.

** Please contact me at crone@efemeris.art within 48 HOURS of receiving your purchase if there is damage or breakage to your item(s). Please include your order number, 1-2 photographs of the packaging/item(s) in question, and I will do my best to rectify the situation. **

Shipping & Fulfillment

I am a one-crone show here, packaging and shipping everything myself. For that reason, I ask for patience and a maximum of 3 days to ship your order out, excluding any days USPS may be closed (holidays, Sundays, etc.). If there is a deviation from this timeline, I will contact you directly.

I ship exclusively with the USPS and am obviously at the mercy of their timelines and support. Shipping times and rates are pulled directly from the USPS website and the business pricing I am offered for regular ground and Priority Flat Rate shipping.
When possible, I reuse packaging materials I already have access to. While not the prettiest thing in the world, it’s more sustainable for me in the long run. So if you get a box with other branding on it… Be a real one and ignore it?

Local Pickup

If you chose ‘local pickup’ when placing your order, I will contact you WITHIN 24 HOURS to schedule the pickup. Pickups will only be conducted at a public business or location decided upon in advance. **Please note that I cannot meet outside the Knox County area.
If you will be out of town or unable to schedule a pickup time within 7 days of being contacted, please consider purchasing shipping instead. I have limited storage space and would hate for your item to get lost or damaged.
